"Staff were amazing, could not help you enough and this was greatly appreciated. Note that the hotel does not have a restaurant and you are required to walk to a nearby sister property for an average breakfast. I would suggest not to include this, there are far better nearby options. Also note that the property is located in a great position down a lane way which is good for noise reduction however a short assisted walk from where you are dropped off by your transport. "

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was faultless from start to finish. We arrived at 7am at the hotel after a 12 hour flight from London and we thought our room wouldn’t be ready. After having a conversation with the staff and a short fee later that had confirmed we could check in and upgraded our room for us which was hugely appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and and the room was very clean. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Hanoi. "

"What really makes this property shine is the staff - always ready to go the distance to help. Breakfast is another standout, with an abundance of fresh tasty food and wonderful variety every day. The rooftop bar is very nice, a peaceful getaway with a great view. Rooms are comfortable, especially the beds, though there is almost no storage besides a closet rod which makes it awkward to unpack for a longer stay. The hotel is adjacent to a government loudspeaker so be prepared for morning...

"The room was dirty and smelled like mildew, all the seating was stained, lighting is very dim, and the street is extremely noisy- no sound insulation from old quarter. you can hear conversations clearly all thru the night. i would never recommend staying here. i had to leave after the first night and booked another hotel. "
