"Khách sạn nằm gần trung tâm phố cổ, thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển đến nhiều nơi. Có bãi đỗ xe miễn phí. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có view Sông Hồng tuyệt đẹp. Bữa sáng ngon miệng. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, từ bảo vệ đến lễ tân và các bạn nhân viên buồng phòng. Khách sạn đã để lại cho mình nhiều ấn tượng tốt, nhất định mình sẽ quay lại mỗi khi ghé đến Hà Nội chơi. "

差額を払って部屋をかえたが、今度は屋上の工事の音と屋上をドスンドスン歩く音や重いものを引きずる音がひどく、1日早くチェックアウトした。
部屋をかえる時に工事の説明は全く無かった。

"We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local.
