This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"Our stay was great! Our room (whole floor) was clean and good size for family of four. The staff was very polite, helpful and patient with our translating apps. Many of the staff spoke English so that was very helpful!! We loved that the train stations were walking distance and there were many great restaurants to chose from. Grocery store was around the corner so very convenient to buy snacks or food. The restaurants stayed open till late as well as the grocery store."

Always friendly great staff and food options are always top notch. Room definitely needs to be renovated. Other than that it was another great MO experience."

"The location of this hotel is awesome, it is just next to the Kodemmacho station, just 1 stop next to Akihabara. The whole hotel maintained quite well, and the room is pretty spacious and comfortable, and won’t be noisy during the night. The nice point is the hot spring (not the natural one btw), and there are some sweet treats outside after your bath. You may also enjoy a free noodle if you can catch the time. You will have to check-in with the machine but overall the staffs are very polite...

"The front desk receptionist were not very welcoming. She literally rolled her eyes at me behind her mask. Sheets had blood stain. Didn’t provide enough towels for our four nights stay. Communication is an issue the front desk receptionist. He did confirm that I would be able to call a taxi upon on my departure. It ended up being a hassle."
