"Overall, CITAN was the perfect hostel for me and my group while we stayed in Tokyo. The facility is clean, convenient in that it’s walking distance from the train station and 24/7 stores such as 7-11, and it’s managed by friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend if you want easy access to other neighborhoods such as Shibuya, while maintaining a peaceful and quiet stay after a long day in the busking city."

"This is a great option in Tokyo. The subway is a 5-10 minute walk away and provides direct access (no transfers) to Narita via the Asakusa line. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of small shops and places to eat. Breakfast was more traditional Japanese but well prepared. We upgraded to the Superior room which gave us a little more room for big suitcases. To avoid dragging bags up and down the subway steps, use the A4 exit which is another block from the hotel but worth it for the convenience....

"I visited the hotel with my family (4 adults + 1 child) for a 1 night stay. The hotel room was very spacious. It felt very premium. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils. Hotel is very well located with a lot of grocery stores near by and very well linked by metro. We enjoyed our stay."

"This is a very good choice for a family staying for a few days or longer. Small kitchen well supplied. Washing machine. Easy to check in and out. Near 3 transit lines. Grocery store across the street and 7-11 / Family Mart nearby. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Highly recommended."

"This is our second stay at this hotel and loved it. Although small rooms but that is somewhat typical of Japan so to be expected. Very comfy bed and not to mention the amenities were great too. I would stay here again! Only a 3 min walk to Akihabara station. "
