"I have big teens very tall the futons are not for tall teens but it was clean, easy access to eateries and a short distance to Tokyo station. We only stayed for 2 night as we needed to get to the Tokyo station and it worked well. The dryers are not like us ones small capacity and only dried on high heat. I would stay again if I needed a place to stay."

"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

Always friendly great staff and food options are always top notch. Room definitely needs to be renovated. Other than that it was another great MO experience."

"The hotel was in a great location right next to the Tokyo station. Just that it was difficult to find it once we arrived at the station. There are simply too many exits for the first-time visitor. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The fitness and amenities are a bit on the lower side, maybe because this is for business travelers? It would be nice if there were some extra washrooms. Overall, very nice hotel and I enjoyed the stay there!"

"The apart hotel is right next to the subway station and department store, very convenient for transportation, dining and shopping. The room is clean and the staff speaks fluent English. The complimentary breakfast is served daily with high quality food. Get 500 yens per day as bonus when the house keeping is not required. Highly recommend this property!"
