"Rooms are well appointed given the smaller size (western perspective). Absolutely great staff. Did not partake of the in house food options as the 7/11 is across the street. Location is really good for transit. Good value for money. Only heads up is their one bed options are really for one person - not a couple to share - smallest room. They were able to accommodate a room move for us after one night to a twin room which was much better space for two. Not a criticism, just for information...

"Staff was very kind, spoke limited English but Google Translate will help you a lot in Japan. Self check-in was simple. Checked in online, provided QR code to scan for check in machines in the lobby. Paid for accommodation fee which was maybe $5 CAD and was provided 2 keys for our room. Room and bathroom were clean, AC was strong, WiFi was good. They will make your bed and change your bed sheets any day you wish. If you put the do not disturb sign on your door, they will still leave toiletries...
