"The location of this hotel is awesome, it is just next to the Kodemmacho station, just 1 stop next to Akihabara. The whole hotel maintained quite well, and the room is pretty spacious and comfortable, and won’t be noisy during the night. The nice point is the hot spring (not the natural one btw), and there are some sweet treats outside after your bath. You may also enjoy a free noodle if you can catch the time. You will have to check-in with the machine but overall the staffs are very polite...

"The front desk receptionist were not very welcoming. She literally rolled her eyes at me behind her mask. Sheets had blood stain. Didn’t provide enough towels for our four nights stay. Communication is an issue the front desk receptionist. He did confirm that I would be able to call a taxi upon on my departure. It ended up being a hassle."

"The apart hotel is right next to the subway station and department store, very convenient for transportation, dining and shopping. The room is clean and the staff speaks fluent English. The complimentary breakfast is served daily with high quality food. Get 500 yens per day as bonus when the house keeping is not required. Highly recommend this property!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen on the 17th floor was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was peaceful, clean, and beautifully...
