"There was a weird smell in the room we noticed when we first arrived. Room is ok, a little dated and the rooms are very dark, overcompensated by very bright lights that you can’t dim. The beds were comfy, only one pillow provided, I guess we could ask for more at reception if we needed. Cooking facilities and washing machine really good. Location excellent, 10 minute walk to Tokyo station and 1 minute from Ginza line which was very convenient- Lawsons and 7-11 very close. "

"Clean rooms, lots of amenities provided and helpful and friendly staff. We had a very pleasant stay. The area is a little on the quiet side - not so much to do, but it's nice to come back to somewhere which isn't so crazy and busy every night. It's very well connected to get to other parts of Tokyo. "Overall, CITAN was the perfect hostel for me and my group while we stayed in Tokyo. The facility is clean, convenient in that it’s walking distance from the train station and 24/7 stores such as 7-11, and it’s managed by friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend if you want easy access to other neighborhoods such as Shibuya, while maintaining a peaceful and quiet stay after a long day in the busking city."

"This hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay. The bus from NRT takes you right in front of the hotel so it’s like getting an Uber to drop you off. I will definitely be back!"
