"we love the location of this managed apt. building. very quiet and local. this apt had the river view which is spectacular! the apt. is well equipped as well as its kitchen. the staff is a group of young, polite, so nice and kind people. we had a wonderful time and definitely come back next visit to Tokyo."

"What a fun and quirky hotel. One of a kind, it felt like. The staff was very helpful and proud of their hotel. Nice restaurants nearby (go to the pizza place!). My only knocks are the price was a little higher than what I paid for other rooms, and it’s a little bit of a walk to what feels like busier Tokyo. Definitely glad we stayed here one night though. My son really liked it."

"This turned out to be the perfect stay for almost a week in Tokyo. We were three travelers and it was more than adequate space for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was very good too, very close to the station and maybe convenience stores. It was very nice to come back from very crowded areas in Tokyo to a very quiet Nihonbashi. The staff were EXCELLENT. Spoke great English and helped us ship luggage and buy bus passes to the airport. Everything went perfect and I would love to stay...

"Outstanding apartment style hotel in Tokyo located in a quiet yet very convenient neighbourhood. Staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Room was very spacious with amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and entertainment room. Everything was spotless and like brand new. I highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quieter but with lots of amenities and quick access to Ueno, Kanda and Asakusa wards. 5/5 all around!"

"Hotel súper bien comunicado arriba de la estación de Tokio , puedes llegar por los pasillos del tren si no siquiera salir a la calle. Personal con mucha iniciativa , me prestaron un adaptador porque vieron que no cargaba el que yo llevaba. Falta mejorar la variedad en el buffet , relación precio no es parejo y tampoco hay nada para cenar después de las 9 pm. Entonces si tu día de caminatas o tours está muy ocupado debes considerar comprar o cenar algo antes de llegar a tu hotel ."

"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"
