"We were greeted by a warm welcome and an earlier check in by 2 hours which was really appreciated. Near the reception area they had an activities section geared for kids. The rooms are clean and spacious. All the kitchen facilities if you choose to use them. Good for families. Be aware that this place is situated in Ningyocho and not Nihombashi. "We loved our stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel. This is such a beautiful property with welcoming and staff. The rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and this was the most comfortable bed we had while staying in Japan. The location makes it easy to hop on the subway or a train and there are so many restaurants in this area. We appreciated the help with transferring our luggage to the airport! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean, the only issue is the toilet fan is not strong enough but overall are good. The staffs in the reception are very helpful and welcoming . My family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Definitely will book this hotel again in the future. "

They loved the grand japanese room which had a tatami room. They had so much fun sleeping on the tatami together."
