"We were greeted by a warm welcome and an earlier check in by 2 hours which was really appreciated. Near the reception area they had an activities section geared for kids. The rooms are clean and spacious. All the kitchen facilities if you choose to use them. Good for families. Be aware that this place is situated in Ningyocho and not Nihombashi. "Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed and all was clean. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven toaster were all clean and very useful. Laundry machine in the room was great, easy to use. Staff is super nice, welcoming and efficient. Well def stay here again (traveled as a family with two little ones (5 and 8). They loved the grand japanese room which had a tatami room. They had so much fun sleeping on the tatami together."
