"Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Easy location to get to from the airport since the hotel is connected to the TCAT terminal. This is my first time in Tokyo and I'm happy with the convenient location of the hotel. Access to the Z line subway can be found in the hotel's lower level. This made it easy to get around Tokyo for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast is also very good. There's no coin laundry machine on site but we found one 5 minutes walking distance away. There are a few restaurants...

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay for a family of four. The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting Tokyo"

"Everything was good making our stay nice. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast, public bath, and the slightly larger floor plan and room. The ice cream outside the bath was nice. The ramen snack at night is a nice touch too."
