"Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Easy location to get to from the airport since the hotel is connected to the TCAT terminal. This is my first time in Tokyo and I'm happy with the convenient location of the hotel. Access to the Z line subway can be found in the hotel's lower level. This made it easy to get around Tokyo for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast is also very good. There's no coin laundry machine on site but we found one 5 minutes walking distance away. "Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. "I booked a Grand Corner Suite Room which is about 48sqm. The room is spacious and there are 2 big double beds and a long sofa. The apartment is very well-equipped with a washer-dryer and a small kitchenette. Wifi signal was strong and stable and I found the shower area and the toilet area to be big, bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. The front desk staff was professional and the check-in process was fast. Quite for a good nights sleep and good location for things nearby, however might be a little bit far out depending on what you're visiting so you spend a bit of time on the subway.
