"Big fan of MO- used to love MO in HK. First time try MO in Tokyo. It was satisfying experience but still feels like missing something- not big but small. Always friendly great staff and food options are always top notch. Room definitely needs to be renovated. Other than that it was another great MO experience."

"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"The apart hotel is right next to the subway station and department store, very convenient for transportation, dining and shopping. The room is clean and the staff speaks fluent English. The complimentary breakfast is served daily with high quality food. Get 500 yens per day as bonus when the house keeping is not required. Highly recommend this property!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. "This place is not a proper hotel. It is a very cheap and unpleasant inn. I don’t understand how this place has 9.4 rating in Expedia. It was the worst place I have ever been.don’t fooled by the photos and advertisements. My experience was really disappointing.it doesn’t have even restaurants for breakfast. The rooms smell bad and are extremely small. The room prices are far from too high compared to the location and facilities. Honestly even $10 per night would be too much for this place."

"The location of this hotel is awesome, it is just next to the Kodemmacho station, just 1 stop next to Akihabara. The whole hotel maintained quite well, and the room is pretty spacious and comfortable, and won’t be noisy during the night. The nice point is the hot spring (not the natural one btw), and there are some sweet treats outside after your bath. You may also enjoy a free noodle if you can catch the time. You will have to check-in with the machine but overall the staffs are very polite...
