"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"This place is not a proper hotel. It is a very cheap and unpleasant inn. I don’t understand how this place has 9.4 rating in Expedia. It was the worst place I have ever been.don’t fooled by the photos and advertisements. My experience was really disappointing.it doesn’t have even restaurants for breakfast. The rooms smell bad and are extremely small. The room prices are far from too high compared to the location and facilities. Honestly even $10 per night would be too much for this place."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways. The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen on the 17th floor was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was peaceful, clean, and beautifully...
