This holiday property is a completely renovated accommodation in 2024, which provides its guests with a separate and fully furnished villa on a living area of 80 sqm.
Three bedrooms offer sleeping facilities up to 5 people. The price listed refers to a use of the private villa up to 5 people with private use of the swimming pool.

Accommodation: As soon as you reach and cross the beautiful covered porch in front of the front door, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan space with an excellent equipped kitchen.
The kitchen offers a kitchenette with 5 gas rings, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and solid wood dining table. Very nice is the large glass window of the kitchen, which not only brings light into the room, but also looks directly onto the large private pool, where you can look at the children playing there while preparing the dishes.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with upholstered furniture, satellite TV with flat screen and air conditioning. Here you can enrich the already familiar atmosphere of the house with the existing open wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a good glass of wine with the family.
The living room will bring you to the hallway that leads to the other rooms of the house, which consist of three bedrooms and a bathroom: a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a small bedroom with a single bed for a total of five people. There is another air conditioning unit in the hallway which supplies the bedrooms with conditioned air when the doors are open.
On the opposite side of the double bedroom, there is access to the bathroom. Here there are located in different rooms a room with sink, followed by a passageway where the washing machine with storage facilities is located, before reaching the toilet with bidet and shower.
In addition, Wi-Fi, a portable cot and a high chair (please reserve both at the moment of booking) are of course available and included in the price.

External accommodation: The diverse and very well-kept outdoor area is lovingly and extremely generously laid out. The highlight here, centrally located and surrounded by a lawn, olive trees and palm trees, is in the form of a magnificent private pool, which will certainly not miss the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche, about 20 minutes’ drive away. Surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, everyone can decide for themselves whether they prefer to stew in the sun, doze in the shade or refresh themselves in the water.
A few steps from the pool there is a separate outdoor shower, a separate toilet with toilet and washbasin and a covered seating area with table and chairs. Here you can not only put down your food or keep the beer fresh, but also play your own music.
As already mentioned above, there is a beautiful and spacious veranda right in front of the entrance door to the villa, which extends the outdoor living possibilities. The dining table and seating here allow you to enjoy breakfast or dinner carefree and at the same time enjoy the view of the pool.
Adjacent to the porch is a barbecue area which further enriches the comfort of this area.
On request it is possible to arrange the use of the pool also before and after the reported dates. In this case the price applied will be relating to PERIOD C of the price list.
Convenient parking on the adjacent private property of another approx. 1.000 sqm. A rental car is necessary for the duration of the stay.

At a glance: Conveniently located, with all shopping facilities and restaurants within a distance of just under three minutes by car, nestled in a quiet and well-kept landscape. Great private pool, rich outdoor lounging options, while the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is less than 20 minutes’ drive away and the town of Siracusa is less than 15 minutes away by car. Mount Etna about 90 minutes. The baroque town of Noto and the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cava Grande are within a 30-to-40-minute drive. In a word, the ideal starting point to let yourself be pampered by the beauty and variety of colours of Sicily and to be able to relax a little later in an oasis of well-being.
