Welcome to your home away from home! Experience the best of Syracuse at our modern, recently renovated apartment. Located just minutes from downtown, this private, spacious apartment offers all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

Step into an open and airy layout, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances including a small blender, air fryer, toaster, and a fully automatic espresso/coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the private sitting area with a gas firepit and year-round hot tub, where you can take in beautiful views of the city lights and Onondaga Lake.

The apartment offers one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, dining room, and a desk area, all with tasteful decor and plenty of natural light. Need extra sleeping space for guests? A queen-sized fold out bed is available upon request for an additional $100

Rest assured, we have your convenience in mind with amenities such as a pack and play, high chair, and a 28” curved monitor available upon request. Plus, our location is unbeatable – just a short drive from popular destinations such as Destiny USA, Burnet Park Zoo, Syracuse University, and the Empower FCU Amphitheater.

During your stay, you will have full privacy and access to the bottom floor of the apartment. Rest easy knowing that our friendly and attentive host, Heather, is available anytime to answer any questions or address any concerns.

Our quiet, dead-end street offers a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. And with its convenient location, you can easily access all that Syracuse has to offer.

Please note that our listing is not covered for damages by the platform. To ensure your peace of mind, a $200 security deposit hold will be placed, which will only be charged in the event of any damages.

Amazing!!! We loved this stay in so many ways. We were a bit road weary on our arrival & were greeted with an abundance of comforts here. The hosts have really thought of everything here. The place was clean, very comfortable & had everything we needed

We absolutely loved this little get away, for it being a shared house it felt incredibly private. The apartment itself is so nice, cozy, and so cute. The hosts knew it was our honeymoon and left us a little message welcoming us, some restaurants to try, and some wine & chips with dip. Highly recommend. The only thing I will say is the hosts use a lotttttt of smell goods (air fresheners and candles and such), I'm not very sensitive to smells and the first day it was a bit overwhelming so if you're sensitive to smells I wouldn't choose this one.

Our stay was perfect. It’s a lovely home in a really nice neighborhood. Simpatico had everything you could think of and so much more! The owners did a wonderful job making us feel welcome including a welcome basket of treats! The beds were very comfortable and everything was just so cozy and comfortable. Bravo to the owners for thinking of so much detail, making their place one of the best places we have ever stayed! I highly recommend it!

My family and I had a great retreat over the Thanksgiving holiday. Simpatico is top notch, better than any hotel in Syracuse. The thoughtful details the Owner and Manager made to insure our happiness were above and beyond! Make sure to book a stay or two here… you won’t regret it. :D Happy holidays!

Lisa and Heather made my partners birthday spectacular. Once you walk in you are welcomed by a beautiful smell and cozy atmosphere! They even provided a cookie cake and champagne for us to celebrate the occasion which relieved me of the stress of more running around. I couldn’t ask for better host! Vrbo is blessed to have host such as these two! Guys Book and don’t think twice about it! It’s worth it and the view to die for! 💖✨

We had a great stay for a couple days while we saw a concert. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and loaded with nice extras. If we stayed for a concert, we’d absolutely here again.

This apartment is beautiful & equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, from the espresso machine to the kitchen stocked with dishes, pans, etc. and the well-appointed yet comfortable furniture, and extra touches like bathrobes & slippers. Plus, the entire property was spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This property exceeded our expectations! The host was very responsive, and the property is so aesthetically pleasing. The apartment was supremely clean and smelled amazing inside, too. We wouldn’t have changed a thing about this rental. I hope we have the opportunity to rebook in the future!
