I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this hotel.
From the moment I checked in, I was unable to access my room. The key card had already been replaced multiple times and still did not work. When I went to the front desk to ask for help, the employee was rude and unhelpful. He kept asking for identification from other people in my group, even though I was the one who made and paid for the reservation.
It was already 11:00 PM, and I still could not enter the room I had paid for. Even the electrician/technician who came to assist stated that he could not access the room, yet the employee continued to insist that the issue was somehow our fault.
To make matters worse, when we requested a room change, he immediately claimed that no other rooms were available and refused to help. However, as soon as the technician explained the situation to him, he suddenly “found” available rooms—clearly indicating that he had been unwilling to assist us earlier. This felt dishonest and unnecessarily made the situation worse.
In the end, we were moved to a smaller and inferior room than the one we had originally paid for.
Overall, this was a very poor experience due to both the lack of professionalism and the way the situation was handled. I would not recommend staying here.
