"I booked a "Studio" based on the online photos, but the room I received looked nothing like the listing. Management claimed the discrepancy was because I was on a higher floor, yet even accounting for a different layout, the room lacked the specific amenities shown in the pictures. They eventually admitted the "Studio" category only guaranteed a high floor, not the features advertised. I ended up having to pay extra just to move into a functional, standard room.
