"The room was dark and very tired. Loose light fittng that's not suitable for family stay. Breakfast was sad. Plates and glasses are dirty. Glasses you can feel it still had dirts all around them.I thought it would be equivalent to Premier inn but it's much worse. On the way to reception at ground floor, it smell like weed. One of the private room was playing loud music. Towels and beddings are dirty. .."

"The hotel is generally okay with a nice pool and gym area. The rooms really need some love and care. We had to move to another room as the radiator thermostate (tap) was broken off at full on so we were far too hot. The new room was a much better temperature, but the loo roll holder had gone so you end up holding the toilet paper like being on a camping trip. "Easy parking with plenty of bays"

"Staff were super friendly on arrival and at breakfast. Room was comfortable with baby friendly facilities. Thank you for a pleasant stay. "

"Staff at check in were great. Car park was very full because there's a public gym at the hotel. Hotel rooms are weird - there's only a window in the bathroom. No fresh air available in the actual hotel room. Air con system is rubbish. Room was dusty throughout. Terrible night's sleep because there was a thumping noise coming from above my room - it sounded as if we were directly under the gym and there was always someone throwing weights at all hours. Not a good experience. "

"Logistically superb - lots of walks, beach, at low tide you can go rock pooling etc. Bus stop right outside - which when the weather isn't great is a useful option to get around. There are small bus routes that loop certain areas - and you get a running commentary so worth jumping on. Hotel is fabulous - views are amazing, food is delicious, and good value, room were exceptional (you must like the sound of the sea) and the staff are kind, informative and go above and beyond. "

"We booked 2 sea view rooms for 3 nights. Only one room had a sea view and the bathroom in that room had black mould around the ceiling. The other room had a very old mattress and the bedding was old and thin. The pillows in that room were flat. We checked out after 1 night and will not be back. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel needs refurbishment, new mattresses, new duvets, pillows, blankets and linen. Mould is injurious to health and no hotel of the calibre that this hotel...
