"Nice location and really nice and clean room. Staff were mainly excellent. Breakfast staff manageress could have been a little more welcoming. The only real downside for me was a lack of options on the dinner menu, but Oxford Street is just around the corner, with plenty of eating options"

"This was in a great location but unfortunately the lift had broken a month before we arrived and no one informed us. Romantic Swiss Cabin Hideaway & Hot Tub Spa Pool
"I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website."
