"Got upgraded to a lovely studio room. Room was quiet, had excellent facilities in the room such as a kitchenette, table with games and a view over the park. There was also good amenities such as a gym. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The only criticism is that they need to be clearer about parking as didn't realise this needed to be booked in advance. It was all booked out and I needed to reserve another space elsewhere with justpark."

"The property didnt actually exist when i arrived there i knocked door was greeted by the tenant who live in the property she gave me a number to call as number guven by expedia didnt work the hist returned my call and arranged to put me up in another property which was really helpful but the condition of alternatu e property was disgusting stains on Sheets pullows with no pillow cases carpet ripped torn and worn the bathroom was a health hazard with stai s i. Toilet hair and dirt covering...

"room was double booked but they gave us another room, took about 20 mins.
We were locked out when we came back later/ no front door key. This took about 15 mins. Run on a shoe string but very cheap. You pay your money and this is what you get. Staff very friendly and nice but the systems dont work at all there, need better organisation and a front door key. Also rooms need a spruce up!"
