The smell coming from the outside of the room from bird mess was over powering. If your on the second floor the heat in the room unbearable. The 2 inch dust on the curtains and the black dots throughout the bedding, makes you sleep with your clothes on. Ive requested a refund, but it takes 10days for someone to get back to you. "We booked the room thinking we had access to the spa as all photos showed it, but when we got there we didn’t have access to most spa areas, which were a premium service on top of the room cost (over £250/night). The room was spacious but it’s old fashioned and didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Disappointing."

"This is a beautifully situated old mill on a gentle stream with gorgeous grounds. Idyllic. Just outside Lymington but a short 8 minute drive into town or to the ferry. Dinner was good with excellent service. Nice room, comfy beds, good bathroom. We were there on the hottest day of the year so it was very hot in the room but a fan was provided which helped."

"I stayed here for one night with my daughter after a trip to Peppa Pig World, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were lovely, and there was so much to do. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, played ping-pong, explored the grounds, and even went on the zip line. The most magical part was seeing the wild horses just a short walk away.
