One room first floor flat in a 100 year old pretty building with only low and first floor, totaly renovated in january 2019, very nice and big building patio, elevator, one hundred meters from Calle Betis and Plaza de Cuba, one of the best area of Triana, 5/7 minutes walk from such monuments: Torre del Oro, Cathedral, Alcazar. Air conditionning, kitchen area in Salon with all equipments, master suite with shower. Convertible sofa in salon for one or two additional guests. This flat is convenient for a couple, or a couple with one or two kids, or a group of 3/4 close friends. 37 square meters inside surface. terrace of the building above first floor, to enjoy the view on many well known momuments of sevilla center, and / or dry clothes ...

Endroit à proximité de tout les endroits touristiques

Appartement confortable, sauf les oreillers 😅 Didier nous attendait à l'appartement, il a pris du temps pour nous parler des différents attraits. Appartement parfait pour le tourisme et profiter des restos du secteur. Merci Didier.

Excellent in every way

Didier’s service and prompt communication is top notch. The location in Triana is ideal for walkers as everything is nearby. The suite is super clean with modern amenities. The neighborhood is also safe. We highly recommend it and would return upon our next visit

L'appartement, calme, est proche de tout, du centre historique de Séville, des commodités, des restaurants ! Une ligne de bus s'arrête à deux pas de la porte. Didier était là pour nous accueillir ! C'était parfait !! Merci beaucoup.

Très joli appartement

Joli appartement, très propre, idéalement situé, proche de ttes commodités et des lieux à visiter. Pas de terrasse mais un roof top avec mobilier de jardin. Je recommande vivement.

Great Apartment in Great Location

We were very pleased with our stay here. Our host met us when we arrived to show us around the apartment and give us tips for getting around. He left us information on additional things to do, transportation and other helpful information and was very responsive to questions we had during our stay. The apartment is in the Triana area of Sevilla. This allowed us to be a little removed from the tourist spots, but still in walking distance to them all. This is a nice neighborhood with it's own restaurants, bars, shows and has grocery and other amenities nearby.

Nice neighborhood place to stay

Great place to stay when visiting Seville. The Triana neighborhood is great the experience the culture. Air conditioning could use some adjustments as during the day there was only a little relief from the Seville heat. But overall a great place to stay and Didier was wonderful.

Beautiful location, beautiful condo, 10/10

We had a lovely time at Didier’s flat. First and foremost, the location was incredible. Located just aside of Plaza de Cuba, the flat was perfect walking distance to Mercado de Triana, Los Remedios, Centro, & many other beautiful places in Sevilla. Didier was wonderful and communicated clearly and effectively, making the check-in and check-out process lovely for my fiancé & I. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely flat in Sevilla.

Perfect apartment for exploring Seville

The apartment is perfectly situated, close to the Place de Cuba with a short walk over the bridge into the main centre of Seville. Our excellent host met us on arrival and throughout our visit, ensured we had all of the information we needed to get the most out of our visit. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need. We will stay again when next in Seville!

What an excellent place!

Good location in a quiet corner of Triana. Spacious apartment which contained what we needed. Very helpful owner, who helped us when we needed something. In this corner of Triana are good restaurants. We could easily walk the distance to the city centre, which from there is on the other side of the river. We are glad we found this place.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist neu gemacht und hat alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell zu Fuss bei allen spannenden Sehenswürdigkeiten und in den Einkaufsstrassen und hat vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken ganz in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und auch schon vor unserer Anreise schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Baby gereist und er hat uns sehr geholfen, dass alles unkompliziert lief. Für uns war es ein gelungener Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen und dann sicher wieder in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung.

Didn’t want to leave, 10 out of 10!

This apartment is a little gem in the centre of Seville. The apartment itself has been fully refurbished. It was very comfortable and it had everything one needs. The owner was always very welcoming and helpful . The location is unbeatable, 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and most of the tourist attractions. No need for public transport at all. I definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Seville, don’t waste your money on a hotel. This is way so much better and better price too.

A very good place where to stay!

The apartment is renewed and very clean: it had all the stuff we needed and more and it's really close to the bridges so that you can reach the city centre in ten minutes on foot! The host is very kind, gentle and available for any information about the city and problem!! Enjoyed a lot! :D

Stay Here!

This upgraded traditional Triana courtyard apartment has plenty of light and is well located. It is close to the things to do iboth n Triana and in Seville j- ust across the river. We felt like part of the neighborhood and would stay here again.
