"The staff here is wonderful. Shout outs to Fotini in reception, Sava in housekeeping and Noman in the breakfast room. The hotel views are beautiful and the room while not too big had a huge comfortable bed and a large walk in shower "room" and a built in closet and counter area. No desk. The hotel is clean and seemed to be fairly new. The tv had many channel options. There was a minibar in the room which wasn't too expensive. A bottle of water was 1 euro. The AC/ Heater worked great and was new...

"We had a wonderful stay. Thomas was very welcoming and accommodating, and he kindly assisted us with arranging a taxi. The property is conveniently located not far from the airport. The room was beautifully decorated—comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, and I was able to enjoy it even though the weather was a bit chilly. Overall, we had an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time here."

"We spent absolutely lovely time staying at Grand View hotel. Our room was cozy and comfortable, serviced every day (fresh towels, cleaning). The caldera view from the hotel is spectacular! Sofia and Eddy are very friendly and supportive. We used public transportation instead of rental car. The bus stop is located just in 5 minutes walk. We definitely recommend Grand View hotel! "
