We loved our stay here! It was clean and cozy. A few things to note: the check in, breakfast, and community pool is all at their sister hotel which is a short walk from where we stayed. The air conditioner was also leaking and left a puddle on the floor which we only discovered on the last day so don’t leave your things anywhere around it on the floor. Overall we loved our stay! The women at the front desk were SO sweet and helpful

The property was well kept and the pool was nice. The room was clean and the staff very nice. Breakfast was ok.

I loved the view from the balcony but they didn’t tell you that you would have to transport your luggage up a hill to your suite that is a block away from the reception area.

房間裏有曱甴，從訊息裏通知酒店職員，但是從來沒有回覆。酒店登記入住的位置不容易尋找這個價錢，倒不如住在Oia。

Ein netter Empfang zuerst an der Rezeption im Schwester Hotel, welches 100 m entfernt von Family love suites liegt. Wir wollten früheren Check-in haben und der Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Wartezeit dürften wir bei Pool in diesem Hotel verbringen, sogar Handtücher bekommen und konnten sich im Pool abkühlen. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, Whirlpool war wie auf den Bilder, klein und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich kann dieses Hotel als sehr gastfreundlich und gut bezeichnen. Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten vom Busbahnhof Fira entfernt.

Clean room. Nice breakfast available each day. The guy who took care of the hot tub would knock and then just unlock the door and come in. No do not disturb door knob signs available.

Absolutely beautiful room. Exactly like the photos. My only advice is to make sure you read the check-in instructions. They were very easy to follow when I actually read them haha. Staff were so lovely and went above expectations when I needed help. I would 100% recommend staying here especially for a nice couples get away.

On a passé un super séjour, mis à part le fait qu’on a eu du mal à trouver le logement. La piscine était brûlante, avec une très forte odeur de chlore, ce qui ne donnait pas très envie d’y aller. De plus, on n’a pas trouvé l’endroit où était servi le petit-déjeuner. Sinon, l’appartement est très bien placé et très propre.

Had problems with comminicating with the host. Contacted the host more than 10 days before the trip (by messaging & calling multiple times) but received no answer unitil 2 days before check in date. Listing only shows the approximate area. So worried! Made booking through Expedia but they were not helping much, just asked me to wait for the host's response, provided the full address & asked me to go there even host is not answering as my booking is non cancellable. Host is the manager & was hospitalized. But should have someone for backup. Should not leave customers worrying so much! The hotel itself is not bad. Like the location & hot tub.

La geolocalización en Googlemaps no ayuda, la propiedad se ve muy distinta, no tiene ningún cartel que indique que es el hotel, Después de 20 minitos preguntando, no lo conocían los comercios de la calle. Finalmente una Sra. nos ayudó, con indicaciones precisas, el check-in se realiza en otro hotel Mylife Suite., que se encuentra a 250 metros. La habitación tiene jacuzzi; pero en el exterior y los vecinos del frente ye pueden observar. Aparte que el sistema de bombeo se encuentra dentro del dormitorio, tuvimos que llamar 2 veces para que lo apagaran. No se apagaba dese el switch principal, tuvieron que bajar el termomagnético. Mylifes El desayuno también es en el hotel Mylife Suites. Al siguiente día pedímos el cambio al hotel Mylife Suite. Es más económico; pero igual cobraron por un late check-out de una habitación. La piscina del hotel estaba helada. El desayuno nada especial, jugo de naranja de esencias químicas, café regular. No colocan ni una botella pequeña de agua en las habitaciones.

We absolutely loved our stay at Family Love Suites! Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Our room was spotless, very clean, new, and beautifully organized. Housekeeping was always on time, everything was kept in perfect order, and the ladies who took care of our room were incredibly kind and friendly. Ireni at the reception and the owner were both absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They truly went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. When we arrived around noon, our room wasn’t quite ready yet, but instead of simply asking us to wait, they gave us access to another property they own with a pool. They provided us with towels and told us we were welcome to use the pool throughout our entire stay. That was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious every day, with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The jacuzzi was also impeccably clean, and they even adjusted the temperature for us so we could enjoy it comfortably. The location is another great advantage. It’s about a 8–10 minute walk to the center of Fira, the main street, and the main square where everyone gathers and walks around. We walked there every day, and there is also a laundry service conveniently located nearby. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay. Staff are exceptionally friendly, Spacious room, we booked triple room with private hot tub, Unfortunately we have to share balcony with other rooms. Breakfast is good, plenty of selections. The only negative comment we have is for the owner to consider our privacy. One evening around 18:00 he knocked on the door and without waiting for response he opened the door with his key. He barged in to the pool filter pump and told us he needed to fill the water into the hot tub. Fortunately we are dressed! I understand the hot tub needs to have frequent maintenance but please put a note in the room of your planned visit, else may be do it during the day when everyone is out sightseeing!

O endereço informado no anúncio é o do prédio dos quartos, e não o da recepção, que fica a uma quadra de distância, sem qualquer aviso ou identificação. Chegamos de Uber no endereço informado e não havia nenhuma placa ou indicação de onde fazer o check-in. Após muita dificuldade, conseguimos localizar a recepção, que funciona dentro de outro hotel, em outro quarteirão. Ao chegarmos, a proprietária foi extremamente grosseira. Pegou nossos documentos, disse apenas “vamos” em grego, entrou no carro e não ofereceu qualquer ajuda com as malas. Nos levou até a acomodação, que ficava a duas quadras dali, e simplesmente foi embora, sem qualquer explicação ou demonstração de hospitalidade. A experiência de chegada foi totalmente desorganizada e o atendimento deixou muito a desejar.
