"Santo Mangata Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are stunning, spacious, modern, and so thoughtfully designed that I instantly felt was in heaven. "First of all, this facility is NOT a hotel. It's more of a cabin camping facility. As previously stated. This was booked during the Santorini off-season. Manager was never on site. Communication was via internet on the housekeeper who only spoke Albanian. There was no heat on the second floor and no effort was made to repair or replace it. Windows and doors leaked during rainstorms. "

"I liked their dining option on site with bar & music. I also loved how the Perissa black sand beach was in front of the accommodations. Staff was excellent including Roy, who was friendly and courteous! I disliked the numerous mosquitoes in the room. Had to rent another hotel for the 2nd night even though I paid for 2 nights at Paralia Diamond Villa. "

"Entering the courtyard from the street did it. There was nothing that could take away from this property. The courtyard lined with vegetation, the views of the mountains and the sea, along with the table for two next to the entrance, spoke true culture. Breakfast and coffee overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is ultra-relaxing. I can retire and live out my days there. "

Great location 10 minute walk to kamari beach with restaurants and grocery. And 12 min by bus to fira, we will definitely book there again. I would Definitely recommend."

The room itself was quite dark, but did have a little sitting area which was nice. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we woke up sore each morning.
