"Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom ok. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was no hassle. The restaurant with room service was very convenient.
I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a vending machine on property."

"If the moxy car park is full and you are directed to an over-flow car park, remember the £10 that was paid at check-in will not cover the over-flow car park charges. This has to be paid separately. We were misled in thinking we can use the over-flow but unfortunately we incurred a £60 parking ticket. The staff refused to take responsibility for this and it was a total nightmare. In the end we just paid the £60. The worst weekend."

"The staff and facilities were the highlight of an excellent family stay. The apartment was comfortable, well set up, spacious and clean. Swimming every day after a hearty breakfast. Everyone working there were friendly, super helpful and made us all feel very welcome. Looking forward to coming back soon"

"Warm welcome from staff at reception.
Room was clean and comfortable although a little dated. No air conditioning, had to leave windows open which then creates problems with outside noise. Bathroom spacious but also very dated. Shower in bath not ideal, no extractor fan.
Hotel is brilliantly located for city centre, Barbican and train station and car park is located right underneath hotel which is so convenient and secure. Bar and staff very pleasant.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would...

"The location was ideal, just a 5 minute walk to The Hoe, easy walk to The Lido and the Barbican, 20 minutes from the Train Station, the room I stayed in was small but adequate for what I needed, they no longer do Breakfast but there are a choice of places within a 10 minute walk, bed was comfy and a selection of teabags and coffee in the room, these aren’t always replaced daily but if you ask at reception they will give you some, would definitely stay again if I go back to Plymouth especially...

"Everything about the hotel and staff was perfect. The only thing that we had issue with was the parking arrangements. Our Expedia booking included free parking, but apparently parking is only guaranteed when booking directly with the hotel. Expedia were not transparent about this. Hence, on the first night, we had to park on the street and pay £14.40 for five hours...waiting for an allocated hotel parking space on a first-come, first-served basis to become available."
