Please note: The pool is shared with two other apartments, therefore to guarantee the health of all our guests with an optimum level of sanitation we ask our guests to respect turns at the pool so that the visitors of each apartment have their own private pool times. We will communicate these hours more precisely after booking and as your stay draws near.

In the tranquility of olive groves, with the music of birdsong and a bubbling stream, yet five minutes by car from the beach at San Bartolomeo al Mare, this property is the ideal spot for your next vacation.

The benefits of this property are immense! So close to the beach in Liguria, one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. Two-hour drive to train stations for the Cinque Terre. It is half-way between two great international airports: Nice, France, and Genova, Italy. In addition, there are hundreds of enticing hilltowns dotting the hills above this beautiful Ligurian coast. The climate is lovely... never too cold, and only getting hot for a short time in the summer. This place is close to everything you need, yet quietly sheltered in its own little world of hills, flowing water, birdsong and olive groves.

Please be aware that there is a short walk through our gardens from the private parking area and some stairs to reach your apartment. There are also stairs to reach the pool area. In addition, this apartment is located in the cellar of the old mill. This makes it cool in the summer, but can also be a bit humid, especially in times of heavy rains. We have installed de-humidifiers to rectify these problems.

Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Bei fragen steht die eigentümerin immer zu seite.man kann sehr gut dort abschalten inmitten der olivenbäume.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Umbau dieser Steinmühle ist gelungen. Tolles Ambiente. Jedoch sollte eine verbaute und angesagte Klimaanlage funktionieren ( das sie kühlt), die Filter der Geräte sollten gereinigt wedden.

Die Kommunikation war super gut. Wenn man eine Bitte hatte, kam sofort Hilfe und Antwort. Die Lage und die Gegend sind traumhaft. Der Pool ist super schön.

Verblijf in de molen

De oude molen is een fijn vakantieverblijf. Je bent er weg van de drukte van de kust in de rust van de groene heuvels en toch rijd je binnen 5 minuten weer naar de bewoonde wereld en de stranden. De molen is mooi verbouwd en de meeste dingen die je nodig hebt zijn aanwezig. Buiten kun je genieten van het uitzicht en het zwembad. Het enige dat we echt misten, is binnen een extra stoel in het woongedeelte. Je kunt nu alleen alleen naast elkaar op de bank zitten. Een minpuntje is het ontvochtingssysteem, dat constant aan moet staan ('s nachts kan het wel uit) en nogal wat lawaai maakt. Maar van het eerder genoemde vochtprobleem is geen sprake meer. Het inchecken ging m.b.v. veel filmpjes en uitleg online. Het was even zoeken, maar uiteindelijk vonden we snel de weg naar het appartement.

Urig und gemütlich

Schöne ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit wunderbarem Pool in historischem Gebäude aus Naturstein. Das Ambiente ist wirklich einizgartig. Das in einer anderen Bewertung beschriebene Problem mit der Luftfeuchtigkeit ist durch ein Lüftungssystem behoben worden, außerdem waren wir im Sommer da und hatten eh ständig die Fenster geöffnet. Wir konnten herrlich alle Mahlzeiten draußen auf der Terrasse genießen. Es gab sogar mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten, Der Pool wird von mehreren Ferienwohnungen gemeinsam genutzt, aber wir waren fast immer alleine oder mit maximal 2 Familien dort, außerdem gibt es keine Schließzeiten, er kann jederzeit genutzt werden und ist auch nachts beleuchtet. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und wir konnten auch immer problemlos (kostenpflichtig) dort parken. Ausflüge in die Umgebung bieten sich zahlreich an. Der direkte Nachbarort Cervo hatte es uns besonders angetan, der Ausblick oben vom Berg herab und die kleinen Gassen waren ein Traum. Verbessern könnte man das WLAN in der Wohnung, es ist aufgrund der dicken Wände eigentlich nur im Wohnzimmer in der Nähe des Routers nutzbar. Insgesamt haben wir die Woche sehr genoßen und empfehlen die Unterkunft voll weiter.

Die Beschreibung entspricht leider nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Wohnung liegt in einer alten Mühle, welche aus Natursteinen gebaut ist. Dadurch sind die Räume feucht und entsprechend riecht das Bett bzw Sofa. Überall stehen Entfeuchter, welche aber nicht viel bringen, erst recht nicht gegen den muffeligen Geruch. Wandschlüsse der Deckenbalken teilweise undicht, weshalb Tiere in die Wohnung kommen(Geckos, kleinere Skorpione). Gesamtes Grundstück ungepflegt, überall auch Müll wie alte Mülltonnen, welche herumliegen, Feuerlöscher, Haushaltsgeräte.Zugang zum Haus erfolgt über einen sehr schmalen Weg mit sehr hohen Natursteintreppen. Keinesfalls geeignet für Menschen mit Behinderung. Wassertemperatur schwankt alle 2Minuten zwischen kalt und heiss. Verwalterin haben wir nie gesehen, Kontakt nur per WhatsApp, ebenso Checkin und Checkout. Nach mehrmaligem Beschweren wurde eine andere Wohnung angeboten. Diese ist etwas besser, aber mit ähnlichen Problemen. Toilette (Stand WC) ist nicht mehr am Boden befestigt. Verwalterin wusste hiervon angeblich nichts, obwohl kurz zuvor bereits in einer Bewertung erwähnt.

Beautiful location!

The restored mill is a beautiful building on a very nice location. From the swimming pool you have a great view over the surrounding hills. Our contact person was really nice and everything went well. The location seems a little bit remote, but the nearest beach and village take only a 5 minute drive. We really liked the place!

Hier kann man wirklich ausspannen und Energie tanken. Zauberhafte Häuser in mitten der Natur.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut über den Scharm der Häuser und der direkten natürlichen Umgebung. Der Zugang zum zweiten Schlafzimmer durch das erste Schlafzimmer ist je nach Besetzung etwas problematisch. Sonst war alles sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und gemütlich.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist urig rustikal und liegt sehr ruhig. Dennoch ist man schnell im Ort. Alles war sauber, die Einrichtung gemütlich.

Speciaal appartement op mooie locatie

Het appartement is onderdeel van een mooi gerestaureerd oud gehuchtje te midden van olijfolieboomgaarden, waarin voorheen olijfoliemolens zaten. De authenticiteit van de gebouwen is prachtig bewaard waardoor het appartement helemaal uniek is en bovendien koel. Prima zwembad, heellijk rustig gelegen en toch op korte afstand van zeer, leuke plaatsjes, restaurants, goede verbindingen. Een aanrader!

Wunderbarer Ort

Ein toller Ort, der durch seine großartige Lage und die Qualität des Anwesens besticht. Hervorragende Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin, Sauberkeit, gute Ausstattung, gemeinsamer Pool mit toller Aussicht, großzügige Wohnungen in beeindruckendem Ambiente mit eigener Terasse. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Familytrip

We had a perfect holiday in this beautiful Mill house. The house is decorated with good taste, how it looks is amazing. There is space enough for family with five persons. It’s nice how peaceful the area is. It takes about 5min to drive to the beach and to restaurants etc. We made long runs and walks in the morning to the hills and saw nice little villages there. The poolarea wasn’t completely ready when we were there, but we were able to enjoy the pool still. It will be really beautiful as the whole property. The owner of the property is super nice. she gave us so many tips for the time we spent in Italy, and was always willing to help. Also property manager answered the questions fast and we got all the help we needed. We can truly recommend this place!

A lovely place to spend your holiday

Tre Molini is a beautiful place to stay. Everything is arranged with so much love. It is peaceful and close to the sea. The apartment we stayed in was on the lower ground, and a little damp though, but it didn't really bother us, cause we so much enjoyed our stay. There is a helpful lady, a house keeper, who immediately helped us out when we had any questions. The owners are really very nice people and we will definitely go there again. It is a great place and I truly recommend going there.

Et fredelig ferieparadis med naturen tett på

Nydelig og fredelig feriested nær en italiensk småby. Fint å bade i San Bartolomeo for hele familien. Vi ble litt skuffet da vi ankom Borgata Tre Molini og oppdaget at bassenget ungene gledet seg til å bade i ennå ikke var ferdig. Vi hadde kjørt helt fra Milano i 42 varmegrader med en bil uten aircondition og var derfor rimelig kokte i toppen da vi endelig kom fram. Vi endte med å bade i sjøen i stedet (som jo egentlig er mye bedre), og eieren spanderte gratis solsenger med parasoll på stranden hele oppholdet som plaster på såret. Manager sendte meldinger daglig for å høre om hun skulle booke basseng eller strand for oss, så vi følte oss veldig godt ivaretatt. Rimelig og bra overnatting for dem som liker å ha naturen tett på. Firfisler og salamandere i alle farger og fasonger, ildfluer, sommerfugler og frosker (og noen slanger, rotter, edderkopper og skorpioner, heldigvis helt ufarlige viste det seg, men hold deg unna elven og overgrodde turstier dersom du er litt småredd slike skapninger). Vi hadde det uansett flott her, kommer gjerne tilbake (men kommer til å bade i sjøen, og ikke i elven😂).
