"It was a wonderful property! My sisters had the other 2 properties. Ours leaked a lot we were in the Manuela, that one leaked a lot, so we needed to cook in the other 2. It was quite rainey, so if you book maybe book when there is no rain. Other than that it was wonderful! "

"We enjoyed the simple, clean environment. We had everything we needed and did some cooking in the mornings but also loved Costa Mia which was the restaurant right next door. The location was perfect for access to the beach. The only thing we had an issue with was running out of a few supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags. But easy to fix, just needed a little more stock at the beginning of our stay. They did bring us more as well. Overall, we loved it and would recommend it to...

"If you want a peaceful , close to beach, beach view and well maintained property then look no further. This place has everything if you want to unwind. This place has a beach view and if needed you can just walk over to the inviting ocean. This place also had a swimming pool that my kids loved. There were friendly guards and gated community so it never felt unsafe. The place came with enough beach gear that we used all of it during our stay. The 4 ACs were the best part as it cooled the rooms...

"My friends and I took my 18 year old cousin to PR as a graduation present and we could not have stayed at a better location ! The house was wonderful! It was clean and the host responded in a timely manner. Would definitely go back there !"

"We had a great time. The condo was clean. Our beds were okay. The couch okay. The chair not too good. A loud air conditioner. But the price was great, we were close to everything, beauty of nature abundant. We would stay again. "

"The host is so kind and considerate. Very willing to help. It is an apartment connected to host house. Has two bedrooms, bathroom, and small kitchenette. The backyard is beautiful with a garden, grill, patio area. The coquis are such a beautiful sound to fall asleep to. Gated community with playground for little ones. Relatively close to ceiba ferry. "

"Stayed here as we explored Old San Juan and the north east. A bit of a drive to go to San Juan. Definitely spend an entire day or two there. Clean, comfortable. Nice place. Quiet"
