This cozy home is a charming fisherman’s villa with the perfect spot to disconnect and simply enjoy the ocean.
Although the beach isn’t always ideal for swimming due to seaweed, it’s great for fishing or kayaking (extra cost) to discover the coast from a different angle. You can also spend a perfect day having a BBQ.
Its location is ideal for exploring beautiful nearby beaches!

The house is divided into two levels:
• On the first level, you’ll find the kitchen, a bar, a sitting area, lounge chairs, and another bathroom. It’s an ideal space to enjoy the view and relax in a peaceful environment.

• On the second level, there are three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a terrace with an ocean view. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The third bedroom has a ceiling fan. The living room has a futon, a ceiling fan, and a portable fan.

Our beach house is energy self-sufficient with solar panels and batteries.
It does not rely on external power sources, ensuring there is always electricity, but it requires responsible use of the energy system.**

• Guests will have access to all areas of the• Located next to the Puerto del Rey Marina, entering through it, you can make the most of the services offered by the complex such as restaurants, bars, tours, etc.

• Free parking is available in a designated area within the Marina complex, accessible by car via a gravel road.
• Note: The house is not directly accessible by car due to its privileged oceanfront location. You will enjoy a 1 to 3 minutes walk from the parking area, crossing a picturesque wooden boardwalk surrounded by nature that leads you directly to the property.
• A handcart will be available at the property to help you comfortably transport your belongings.
• ** As with most oceanfront homes, it is common to encounter insects and mosquitoes, so bringing repellent is recommended.
• ** The natural surroundings also offer the chance to spot roosters, birds, and other local wildlife, adding an authentic touch to the experience.

The use of the kayak has an additional cost of $50 for the entire stay.
By making the payment, you automatically agree to the following terms:
•You use the kayak at your own risk.
•You are in good health, know how to swim, and will wear a life jacket at all times.
•You will not use the kayak under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may affect your judgment or coordination.
•Use of the kayak is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age.
•You and all members of your group release the host, the host’s representatives, and the property from any liability, claim, damage, or loss related to the use of the kayak, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, death, or loss of personal belongings.
•Kayak use is subject to weather conditions. We are not responsible for changes in weather, waves, currents, sargassum, or other natural conditions.
•You are responsible for checking sea conditions before using the kayak.
•You agree to follow all provided safety instructions and immediately report any damage or dangerous situations.
•Any damage to the equipment will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in an additional charge.

KAYAK RULES

Mami Ana Beach House – Adult Use Only
•Kayak size: 13 feet. Maximum capacity: 2 adults.
•Maximum weight limit: 375 lbs (170 kg).
•For guests 18 years and older only.
•Use at your own risk.
•Life jacket must be worn at all times.
•Do not use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
•Do not kayak in bad weather or at night.
•Stay within the designated area near the house.
•Do not underestimate the current or waves.
•Return the kayak and equipment in good condition.
•The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses.
•Use of the kayak implies full acceptance of all rules and waiver of liability.
•In case of emergency, call 911.


• Energy-sufficient house with solar panels and batteries:
It does not depend on external sources of electricity, always guaranteeing light, but requires responsible use of the energy system.

• Tips to promote energy efficiency:
1. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use or when leaving the house.
2. Use of air conditioning: use it only for sleeping and keep the temperature between 70-74 °F and turn it off when leaving the rooms.

• Rules to follow:

1. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
2. Please remove all trash from the property and be sure to keep the place tidy. Trash is deposited in the trash cans located at the back of the parking area.
3. The unit is private and the owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while staying at the property or on its premises.
4. They are also not responsible for lost items, personal belongings or valuables of guests.
5. Solid balcony railing, but please be aware of the balcony with small children.

You agree to be aware of and accept the following fees:
a) smoking- $50 for each day.
b) late check-out- $30 per hour, if your check-out is not authorized for late check-out.
c) leaving the property in very poor cleaning conditions $100 - such as: leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess trash, stains on the floor, dirty walls, etc.
