"The host is so kind and considerate. Very willing to help. It is an apartment connected to host house. Has two bedrooms, bathroom, and small kitchenette. The backyard is beautiful with a garden, grill, patio area. The coquis are such a beautiful sound to fall asleep to. Gated community with playground for little ones. Relatively close to ceiba ferry. "

"This home is well stocked, in a beautiful, quiet location. The pool was perfect for relaxation for adults and for play for the kids. I would give it 10 stars if Icould and I will be back! We were a group of 15 and it was perfect!"

"We enjoyed the house, two families of 4 had plenty of room. Many of the rooms have amazing views, plenty of windows. The downstairs can be opened up in the front and back to let the air through. Its nice in the back having no houses, just jungle. We enjoyed a mango that fell off the tree, something we clearly dont get in the North. The proximity to the beach was great and the water was perfect. Forecast called for clouds and rain everyday and it barely rained 10 min or had a cloud. Even enjoyed...

"This house was perfect for us! Beautiful view of the Marina right behind you, very clean, comfortable, and felt like home. He had everything that we needed plus more! Anytime we come to Puerto Rico now this will be where we stay. I literally have nothing I can complain about!"

"The house was great with an awesome view but the is some maintenance needing done. No shower head in one shower, the other shower's handheld shower head hose was broken, tile in the kitchen sink were loose, the access to the rooftop terrace was boarded off, and there is no AC in the main part of the house (ac was good in all 3 bedrooms). If those maintenance issues were addressed then 5 star."

The owner and property manager were easy to reach and very responsive. Check in was easy. "Prime location inside the beautiful resort community of Palmas Del Mar. If you plan on exploring all the community has to offer, I recommend renting a golf cart from the Wyndham Resort which is a short walk from this villa. Jay was very responsive and assisted us with various items. We had a wonderful week and are already planning our next trip back. "

The house is spacious and the neighborhood is quiet , backing up to a large forested area (that cows come out of the trees to visit you at night sometimes lol). "It was an extraordinary experience, it rain alot and we still have a great time. We grill, play games, enjoy the lush vegetation, and the pool. "The owners are so nice, their place exceded our expectations in cleanliness, and space for our family, it's close to the beach, with a Playground for the kids.The landscaping is beautiful. The beach is grand, but tranquil. Lot's of entertainment around and in the house. They have board games, and life-vests. They really thought of everything!. A real nice, safe place to stay. "
