El Yunque Waterfalls Romantic Stay

Resumen:
By choosing Casa Parcha for your stay you will be selecting to experience El Yunque Rainforest South side, one of the most wonderful rainforests and biggest ecosystems in the world. Tropical trees, waterfalls, refreshing ponds and petroglyphs are everywhere and will be your view from bed and every corner of your space. Spend \ listening to the symphony of our coquí and the river flow.

El espacio:
Casa Parcha is located at El Yunque Rainforest South side. You will be at the rainforest, surrounded by exotic and virginal nature. We have three more listings in the premises, for two persons each. We don't host over eight guests at the same time, mostly will be between four and six guests per night. Everybody have their own space and privacy as all units are separated from one another and are prepared with all needed so guests can stay in their areas. The other units are a tiny apartment and two glamping tents. We are located in four acres of land. We do have common areas for all guests use: two gazebos, a pool table, two bathrooms, a deck, a small kitchen area for glampers an outdoor shower and a huge backyard which includes the piece of paradise with waterfalls and swimming ponds.

Acceso de invitados:
While at Casa Parcha you have your own private space and also access to common areas for guest use, direct access to the river, beach coolers and other amenities for guests use. You have parking in the premises and you will access the property and the unit with access codes sent to you through the Airbnb Application.

El barrio:
We are in the El Yunque National Rainforest and you will be surrounded by nature.

Cómo desplazarse:
There is parking in the premises and you get to us through a pave road. Don’t need all wheel drive, but YOU DO NEED A VEHICLE as we are country side and it's very difficult for you to find transportation. We don provide transportation for a fee, but it has to be set upfront.

Otras cosas a tener en cuenta:
.**** I do love and respect everything alive, but I share the property with you and due to severe allergies I’m not able to accept any animals, including service animals. If you are in need of a place for them to be taken care of while you visit us, let us know so we can recommend you a place. Guests that show up with animals will need to leave immediately and refund will not be provided. Thanks for understanding.

**** We keep our property extremely clean, but you can’t lose from perspective that you will be at the Rainforest, which in the biggest ecosystem in the world. Yes, there will be very interesting bugs, ants, coquíes singing and also other animals can show up. They live here way before us. This is their land and it’s possible that will want to give you a welcome. I’m sorry, but we are no able to offer any guarantee against or refunds related to their visit.

It’s self check in, however if I’m in the house will greet you and show you around. I live in the property, but you have your space to enjoy yourself and I’ll be available by phone or through the Airbnb App if you need assistance.
