"I had much confusion regarding the location of the property. I am familiar with Puerto Rico and followed VRBO directions to visit the property days before I was to rent. It led me to a horrific property outside of the neighborhood. I was so appalled, with what I found, I panicked. I tried to cancel the reservation to no avail as the host and I went back and forth.
