"We brought our kids and grandkids (11 of us total) and it was great that each family unit got their own section of the villa. The pool was great and well stocked with toys, floaties and yard games. The view of the ocean was amazing from each level of the villa. We enjoyed lots of excursions, restaurants and activities, most of which were less than 30 minutes away."

"We have rented dozens of marvelous properties over the last 20 years. This one is among the very best! Ana and Ian were perfect hosts, quick with communications and always helpful. The villa (a condo) could not have been more perfect; it exceeded our high expectations. It has EVERYTHING we needed, including necessities (to us!) like tissues in every bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen, and plenty of glassware, dishes, nice pots and pans, bowls, utensils etc. We enjoy making our own supper...

"The actual rental is fantastic. The Kitchen was well stocked, even had wine and liquor bottles in the Fridge. The super large TV was a welcome sight. Ice cold AC on all areas including the common living room which was a big plus. Fans galore! Reserved parking, super secure area with guard house at each entry point. Walking distance to a private beach. All amenities are provided. All this qualifies for a 5 Star accommodation, so Why not give 5 stars? For the reasons below (1) Communication is...

"The owner was very nice and responsive, so the communication was great, but the house needs a lot of work and cleaning! Sheets and towels were a problem with not being clean or having enough. It’s a catch twenty two bc the beach access and location are GREAT!!!"

The only area of concern was the outside area. The pillows need to be cleaned and the outside yard games were broken or missing pieces."

The villa was perfect for all the couples it was nice that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. My only complaint is that the VRBO information about the villa listed it as much closer to the beach and hotel.
