One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience. "The location is great! It has a great restaurants and shops on the same street and is close to the Art Museum, grocery store, and the main street of Condado, which has beach access. This property is great for couples or solo travelers as it is affordable and in a fun part of town. The rooms are a comfortable size and the staff is very kind."

"This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!"

"Great location at Condado with a lot of good restaurants around. The apartment was clean although bathroom tiles need improvement. I like a lot the kitchen it has almost everithing needed to cook. If I can I will return."
