"There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. "The beach is very close to the property. There were not too many people on the beach. It kind of looked run down and abandoned. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance of the neighborhood. Property was decorated nice and was very secure. I didn’t have the correct code to the lock box when checking in so it took a little while for the property owner to resend me the right code. There were ants and mosquitoes in the unit. "This Villa was super nice and Clean, the host Juan was always available for anything we needed. The beach and pool are walking distance and a very secure area, also everything is close by. I recommend this Villa to everyone."
