"There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. Each bathroom sink was draining poorly I had to go with a plunger to relieve the water. There are several windows that do not close and the screens are dirty and sticky. The terrace on...

Other than that everything was perfect "

"Do not hesitate to book this unit! It was spacious , clean, and extremely well equipped. The pool was huge and clean. The beach is within 2 minutes walking distance, and is clean and calm. There are many areas perfect for swimming, and shallow tide pools perfect for our 4 and 8 year old. The shopping center nearby has many stores and restaurants, and there are also local beachfront restaurants within walking distance. The A/C and fans were nice and cold, and the beds were comfortable. Janelle...
