"Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. The hotel rooms were Ok, but old and the floors were not attractive, in fact the floors were dirty. I only stayed here one night but would never stay here on multiple nights. The location, however, was excellent."

"My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."

"Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...

"Room was dirty when I first checked in they said they had it clean, but I took photos and nothing was clean. All the bed sheets were all on the floor. Restroom was dirty. Sink was dirty. I had to walk up nine flights upstairs with suitcases and my child and then I had to walk back down go to the office and they transfer me to the other side and then after a day they moved me to another room, Air wasn’t working making too much noise. I told the front desk they did nothing about it."

"First thing if it’s going to be self check in the place should be loaded with towels, couldn’t get anyone to bring me fresh towels, unit was ok but the couches are filthy use a couch cover or get them professionally cleaned. Located near everything was a plus it was ok for the money we spent"

"The room and the view were very nice, except for the broken window. Seriously one of the windows was barely attached and hanging out of its opening. It was covered by curtains so we didn’t notice it until an airplane took off and sounded like it was right outside the window. I called the desk and they offered us another room with 2 full beds instead of the king we booked so we just kept the room, it was our anniversary.
