One huge thing to say about this place is that it's A LOT bigger than they make it seem which is nice. They are also very accommodating as the cleaning lady lives across the street and can help you with anything you need. For a short stay [about a week], definitely recommended.

The place was cute & quaint. Good place to go in and out. We ate at El Rancho Crioĺlo small place, however the food was delicious.

Clean property. Full kitchen. No more than 2 people. But you can hear other tenants taking a shower. Nice bathroom, but the towel bar and sink in the bathroom are loose. Celinia, the caretaker, is very pleasant. The host was kind enough to let us check in an hour early, and we met Celinia finishing her cleaning after the previous guest. She was very cheerful and helpful with directions to the closest restaurant.

Everything was great! I fully recommend staying here. Very close to everything, clean and all the amenities needed. The communication is great. Perfect place to stay with your partner. Will visit again!

The home is a neighborhood, we only stayed one night but it seemed safe. The cleaning lady was just finishing up, she was very friendly and the place was very clean and smelled great. both check-in and check -out was easy.

It wasn’t bad. I suppose if you are looking for a quick stay in San Juan the night before your flight departure, it is decent for the price. The instructions for accessing the room is a process but sort of straightforward. The unit was clean. The layout is a bit strange but presented ok. Very small quarters but again, way better than sleeping in the airport terminal.

Wow, this place nailed it! Near the airport, super clean, and perfect for exploring San Juan. Clear instructions, crazy comfy vibes, and such a cool design. Felt like a Puerto Rican gem—loved it!

This is a nice stay , my only dilemma was the language barrier and how the address came up in google once that was cleared up all went well. Not too far from the beach night life and mall!! We will be back…

We booked this house to stay while we packed our bags, and the kids had a place to shower and sleep. Even though we did not stay a full night, it was exactly what we needed. We had checked out from a room the same day in Old San Juan which was through a very upscale company. Let me just say, my kids and wife were so much happier with this apartment compared to where we had just left. It was so clean and relaxing. Every detail was taken into consideration. I had spoken to the host earlier the day before, telling her that I was probably not going to use her apartment at all. Only because our previous house in Old San Juan screwed up, and comped us for an extra night. So, we really didn't need to stay at "Cozy Apartment". But after we had finished all our shopping we figured, well....we paid for the apartment, we might as well go and check it out. It was the BEST DECISION EVER! My wife and kids just smiled and said, "This place is so relaxing!" We paid 3 times more for a place in Old San Juan, but would choose this apartment over anything else available. Thank you for making our short, but needed stay so comfortable! I think there might be a bigger unit in the back that is also available, so I'm going to reach out to the owner and see if that is available for our next trip!

We was basically living in a garage. We heard everything rhw neighbors said or did. They had sogs barking all thru the night. We only received 2 wash xlothes for a 4 day stay.. we had to go buy our qon towels! Was only given 1 roll of tissue paper.. the only rhing separated us from the garage was a metal wall. No left as if er had no privacy they could hear EVERYTHING inside our apt i can hear my husband thry the metal wall while he in the bathroom clear as day. I wouldnt recommend this place especially if its for your anniversary. Very unsatisfied with this booking!!

Very clean, wifi worked, felt safe and welcoming, clear instructions for entry and exit once we received them, and we would happily stay again. The bed was harder than my personal preference and might be perfect for others. There was a coffee maker and a k cup machine and not ground coffee for either, so maybe bring your own! There was instant coffee so caffeine was available, and FYI if you want more than instant, you might have to bring it and the machines are there. We appreciated the detail paid to the cleaning! We saw in the reviews before we booked that there had been an issue with the hot water, and while I don't know what that issue was, we didn't have any problems with the hot water. That may be a cultural thing because the way the hot water works in the shower is controlled by how much pressure the water has so it takes a bit to get it just right, and when you do the water pressure may be lower than you are used to in other hot water systems. We had hot water and good showers! Thank you for our stay!!

Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto. Cualquier duda que uno tiene solo tiene que llamar al timbre y rápido recibe contestación. Lo recomiendo al 100% .
