"The staff were so helpful and so friendly, making us feel welcome. The apartment was clean and comfortable and has everything one might need. My only small concern was that the hallways had a strong smell of some kind of cleaning product or air freshener, which was rather overpowering. Fortunately it was not so strong inside the room. Otherwise, highly recommend for apartment stay!"

"We had a great time at this hotel. It was so unique and the staff were lovely. It was a great location to get too (apart from football traffic). Lots of different parking available closer or a little walk away. Easy to get to the shops and restaurants. Our hotel room was amazing. We were given an accessible room (which wasn’t needed) but perfectly fine. Only issue was it had a door attached to access another room which made us feel a bit uneasy but under stable for that room. "I've been to the Abel Heywood for food and drinks many times but this is the first time I've stayed over. It won't be the last time. The room was absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean, very well appointed - tea makings, a nice en suite and plenty of wardrobe space, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Even though it's located in the heart of the city, the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended "

"Had an amazing stay at the Kimpton in Manchester. Really enjoyed the ‘Social drinks’ hour with complementary wine. Room was clean and spacious with a great hot shower! We love the Refuge bar that is linked with the hotel, which served a lovely breakfast in the morning. "
