"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. "We arrived at hotel a few hours before check in and I was not informed by reception that the spa was being closed early at 4.30pm due to maintenance work. When we checked in at 3pm we were then informed by a different member of staff the spa facilities were being closed early at 5pm, the spa actually closed at 4.30pm. "I have now stayed here 3times in 6 weeks I love the place staff brilliant I travel to watch Wigan at rugby league 230 miles each time as for the beds the most comfortable I have had and I do not stay in the same room different each time wake up really refreshed love the place"

"The breakfast was not a buffet but freshly made tomorrow from the kitchen which was wonderful and it was great. Did not use the pool . The bathroom is a cramped and would be for two adults. Parking is also not free so something to bare in mind."
