"Room was very basic and the toilet was in a separate room to the sink! Flush was really dodgy (kept going off in the middle of the night) and the tiles on the floor of the shower room were broken. The curtains were not wide enough for the window so no matter what you did, you could not close them ..."

"This place is centrally located, with tons of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. It is tucked away on the side street, and my room was quiet. It is right across from the Merseyrail station, which makes going around locally very convenient. 5-minutes walk to national railway Lime street station."

"Bright, clean, very functional place. Great communication from company. Brilliant location for nightlife. Was loud due to bars below but we knew that before going so wasn’t an issue for us. Much better value than hotels in the area. Any issues were sorted straight away."
