"Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

"Amazing hotel! From being welcomed after 30 hours of travel with a glass of white wine, to the friendly breakfast staff, to helping me cobble together a nourishing dinner after a relaxing spa service…the staff at this hotel truly set it apart! And the rooms! I slept with all the windows and the patio door open just gazing at the Matterhorn until I fell asleep. And the spa! Really a wonderful steam room, sauna, and pool. "Really lovely hotel . Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. Great location for exploring Zermatt . Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . Delicious breakfast with a good choice . Would love to return to this hotel . Thanks for a super stay "

"Yderst tilfredsstillende ophold på et pænt hotel med alle fornødenheder samt venligt og smilende personale. Gornergrat-banen kører forbi få meter fra hotellet, men jeg fandt det ikke forstyrrende - snarere hyggeligt. Jeg ville gerne bo på dette hotel igen."

"After a full day of hiking, it was such a pleasure to return to our clean, spacious, and comfortable hotel room to relax. We especially enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and taking in the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Each morning, the generous and delicious breakfast spread was the perfect way to fuel up for another day of adventure. Hotel Sarazena is also ideally located—right next to the train station and the Coop grocery store. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better...

"This was a great boutique hotel. It’s in the quieter area of Zermatt so you have to walk down to the main town area but that just adds to the charm! The views of the Matterhorn were amazing. The spa was lovely as well. "
