"Das Hotel Arca + Naco liegt unweit des Bahnhofes, Skibushaltestelle 150 m vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt (150m), Gornergratbahn und die Fußgängerzone ca.400m entfernt. Neuwertig eingerichtete Zimmer, hohe Standards im Bereich Sauberkeit und Housekeeping. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit aufmerksamen Servicepersonal. Poolanlage (Solebad) sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Saunabereich (Dampfbad, Finnische, Biosauna). "

"Perfect place for our family of 5. Just a short walk to the Matterhorn Express or 12-15 minute walk to town which was a nice scenic walk. It is uphill to the apartment, but we didn't mind. The kitchen was stocked great and the apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. There is a large ski closet on the first floor to store our gear. The owner Chris was super responsive. Definitely recommend!"

"The staff who assisted us were excellent; very helpful and personable. The location (we were in Blue) was great; near the bus stop and lifts. The photo's are accurate. the views from the patio are very good. The layout is just a little odd (no shower, but a tub in the downstairs master, bathroom lighting obstructs the mirror if you are relatively tall). figuring out the light switches took some work for us. The biggest drawback for us was that the seating in the main community area (couch)...

"Our Chalet Antoine apartment was beautiful, spacious, well equipped & only a 5 minute walk from the train station. It’s in a great location only a short walk to the town centre where there are plenty of shop’s & restaurants! Zermatt is a truly magical place too."
