"El personal es excelente, realmente atento es un gran hotel para un viaje en familia. Lo malo es que las habitaciones las tienen descuidadas en cuanto a limpieza y mantenimiento. Las alfombras son muy viejas y están muy sucias. Por ahí atrás de del mueble de la tele se me cayó un candado de la maleta ..."

"Was great for location to time square but once you've seen time square you've seen it. Not worth the stress. Very close to 49th on 7th subway. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. Hotel was comfortable and great amenities. The room was a birthday dark die to lack of natural lighting."
