Completely renovated apartment in the center

Completely renovated apartment in the historic center of Ravenna, composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Located on the first floor of a small building, offers all the comforts of the center keeping quiet and privacy. All windows in fact overlook the inner courtyard of the building.
The apartment, newly renovated, enjoys every comfort starting from free and unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning in both rooms, central heating, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and electric oven , dishwasher, espresso machine with capsules, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and freezer.
All rooms overlook the internal courtyard, so you do not perceive any noise due to the road.
It is located in the historic center, a few steps from all major monuments and major services such as bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds. Being a pedestrian zone it is not possible to arrive by car under the house, but you can park a few meters at the parking lot in Piazza Baracca or the San Vitale car park.
The train station is about 1 km away.
Via Cavour is the main street of the historic center, below the house you can find all kinds of shops and services. From Via Cavour it is possible to reach San Vitale and Galla Placidia in just a few minutes.
All the historic center of Ravenna is pedestrian, so you can reach all the main monuments and services on foot.
If you arrive by car you can park nearby, for example in Piazza Baracca or at the San Vitale car park (€ 3 all day). All the parking lots around the historic center with blue lines are charged until 6.30 pm, after which they are free until 8am.
This apartment provides self check-in in cases where the guest arrives outside hours 15. 00-22. 00.
For all the others, you will find me at home waiting for you, once the arrival time has been established.

Amazing place

The apartment is vetter than described, location perfectly centralized within walking distance from train station. The owner was amazing and even helped us with booking transportation to port. Just a great experience in beautiful Ravenna.

Perfect flat for a perfect stay!

First floor (with a lift) flat which was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfy right in the centre of Ravenna. Quiet and cool with comfy beds and good bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful location and host!

If you want to be in the heart of everything, this is the location to be. Stefania is a gracious host who communicates wonderfully. Check-in was a breeze, and she even helped us get a cab to the cruise ship when we had to leave. It was a wonderful experience.

Ravenna, mehrfach und mehrfach

Ravenna als Ziel lohnt, mehrfach und mehrfach. Am besten im Mai/Juni oder September/Oktober. Unser Besuch Ende August fiel immer noch in die Sommerhitze mit 35°C. Nix für Nordlichter. Die Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage war darum unsere Rettung.

Great accommodation

The apartment was spacious, clean, very secure and a great location. Stefania was very quick to answer our questions and gave us short day trip ideas. We stayed 6 nights and had lots to do in Ravenna and surrounding towns. The 5th century buildings were amazing.

Heart of Ravenna

We were amazed at the great location that meant visiting the sights of Ravenna so easy. Just a tip, head to the visitor centre when you get there, the staff are very helpful. We arrived by car and the parking in Plaza Baracca is very close to the apartment. Our host was very helpful and welcoming.

Excellent holiday

I had a wonderful holiday. Although there are some things I would add. You need a small frying pan to make things like egg. Also you need covers for the pans. Apart from that I loved the balcony and everything else.

Es war sehr sauber , hell und freundlich. Alles Nötige und mehr war vorhanden.

Toll fand ich, dass Kaffeekapseln und Biscottie für die Ankunft vorhanden waren. Ausreichend frische Wäsche ( 3 Wochen war ich dort) und alle Putzmittel. Stefania war sympathisch und kam pünktlich zur Einerisung in die Via Cavour : super zentral zu St. Vitale ... Baptisterien, Museen ... Ich würde die Wohnung wieder mieten ! Grazie mille!
