Do not take the fact free gifts This is my second time here and this was the last time they are extremely rude and pushy threatening you to buy a time share I went with my fiancée and one of the staff literally yelled at of us for refusing to buy a time share to the point we where in a fully blown screaming argument this is not not how we wanted to spend our vacation. They promise you a free excursion for the price of you being yelled at and forced to pay thousands of dollars to buy a time share and when you refuse they got very nasty Room service is $15 per call that is not all inclusive Our mini bar fridge was hot and did not function and was only restocked once the whole week we were there Allll the staff expect tips and if you don’t tip they’ll leave your room a mess and hit you with fake charges in your room None of the properties hot tubs work or family attractions where operational the place is under fake construction

We didn't go with all inclusive at this site, so we enjoyed being able to leave the property for many of our meals and drinks. There was a large grocery across the street and a pharmacy next door. The property was pretty and well maintained except for some renovating they seem to be doing on some of the room floor exterior. Not disruptive at all though. There was plenty to eat on site with coffee shop and pool bars. The free cabana on the beach for a day (for booking with expedia) was really nice perk that we didn't relaize we would have. The cofffe(espresso) in the room was actually great, not typical hotel room coffee thats for sure.
