"As advertised, modern condo steps from beach.The condo and area exceeded our expectations. It's situated in a safe gated beachfront community between Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are all 30 minutes or less by car and ferry in Cozumel's case. It has good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Property staff and host Susana are very responsive and helpful. Very relaxing and fun, we had a great time. "The condo was all we’d hope for. It was well appointed with what we needed. The beach area is spectacular.Our only wish would be for the hot water to work it the bathroom attached to the 1st bedroom.Even though the stairs were challenging with our suitcases once we got them inside it was fine. Great exercise to do the stairs a couple times a day."

"The host was excellent and quick to answer any questions and fix any concern's. it was cool when we first got to Tulum and asked the host for extra blankets he was quick to get is extra blankets and made sure throughout our trip that we never needed anything. I recommend staying here!"

"Despite the sargassum we really enjoyed our time in half moon bay. The snorkeling was spectacular we even saw a reef shark. Weather was hot with a warm breeze and the nearby restaurants were excellent. We enjoyed having the privacy of our balcony and the water service was a nice addition. Staff was very friendly. Wish we had more beach and hope that there is a solution to the sargassum. "
