The house is located in a villa with a garden shared with another
vacation home, is spacious and bright and offers up to 6 beds.
 
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, outdoor shower. The property is completely fenced. Pets are allowed.

A lovely shaded veranda is furnished with outdoor furniture so you can spend pleasant moments outdoors. The apartment also has an inner courtyard for your exclusive use, where you can have lunch in the cool of the large tent.
 
 
The entrance is into a comfortable living room that overlooks the pertaining veranda. The living room is furnished with sofas, dining room and fireplace, from which there is access to the eat-in kitchen .
 
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite. All rooms have air conditioning.
 
The apartment stands in a large garden shared with another studio apartment. Both houses have separate entrances.

The
apartment is part of a villa located in Porto Cesareo, in a central
area. The property is very close to the seafront promenade, the small
town beach and the western riviera.
The location makes it possible
to take beautiful walks and enjoy exceptional sunsets while sipping an
aperitif in the nearby seaside clubs, all within walking distance.
The
town center and all services are a few hundred meters away and within
walking distance. The first equipped lidos are about 800 meters away. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
