"My son and I arrived on a Saturday for the evening, we showed up around 11 am and was told we can do pre check in at 12 so we went and walked around came back at 12, got our room number but said that our room wasn’t ready yet, guaranteed to be ready by 4. I went to see where the room was located, found it and looked in the window, the room was ready, we saw house keeping and they told us it’s ready to go, we went and picked up some stuff at the store, went back to the check in desk around 2...

"It was rainy weather so not the best but the hotel made up for that. In periods when the rain stopped we could use their pool. They also had a live band there in their restaurant one night so that was entertaining! My granddaughter forgot a piece of clothing and they contacted right away and made arrangements to get it back. Maryanne stayed in contact the whole time! Went above and beyond! It was a great hotel!"
