Viatges a Pittsburgh

I stayed here 3 nights and housekeeping never cleaned my room. It wasn't a big deal, until I realized someone stole my Airpods out of my backpack that was in the room. They are not very responsive in trying to get the issue resolved, but did admit a cleaning person took them home when I shared where they were located.

The guest ahead of us at check in had the penthouse reserved for Friday and Saturday. They didn’t show on Friday so their stay was cancelled by hotel staff with the penthouse being given to another guest. One staff member at reception desk to accommodate all guests. Where was staff??? The lobby was full with guests waiting to check in. Staff member at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Never overwhelmed. After finally checking in, we proceeded to our room. Upon entering the room, it gave an instant “newly abandoned” vibe. The air was musty. The room had an odor of old cigarette smoke and wet dust. The decor screams early 2000’s. The lone desk attendant was willing to accommodate us with another room but we kindly declined. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

My complaint is the pillows didn’t matter how many u had they go flat like to the mattress so it was literally like having none Also the shower had zero pressure I get they don’t want to put in good shower heads but come on for the price of the room you can give people way better shower heads Other that that it was a great place to stay

Staff was nice, room was clean, parking absolutely sucked.

It was just ok. Maybe Pittsburgh needs to get a Ritz or Four Seasons.
