"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredibly clean and quiet, and all around amazing. My only complaint is that the "bouncer" for the speakeasy was rude. He at one point told the lady next to me that we needed to "calm down" because we were laughing. It was saint Patrick's day weekend and the other guests in there were louder than we were, we just happened to be sitting near the doors. He also practically shoved me out of my seat when new customers came in and I was trying to say goodnight to a friend....

It’s really not difficult to be pleasant and it is expected at a higher end hotel to receive at least better than average service. She was doing some paperwork and honestly seemed put off by us. "Perfect location for staying to see the Pens. Before and after game atmosphere at the bar was good. Pool and workout room was great! Will make this our destination for staying in town."

"AC Hotel was definitely a 4.5 star in our view. Clean room, comfortable bed and an amazing overhead hot shower, nuff said plus 50" plasma.
